We are now looking for a Senior Technical Superintendent to help ensure the highest possible technical availability of the vessels.

What will you do?

As our new Senior Technical Superintendent, you will ensure the safe execution of major vessel upgrades. Furthermore, you will support Vessel Managers on the day-to-day operations.

Your main tasks include:

• Ensure technical compliance with all statutory requirements issued by Flag State Administrations, Class Societies, and other regulatory authorities.
• Provide subject matter expertise, within individual specialism, to Marine Operations team and vessels.
• Lead relevant maintenance, upgrade and modification work scopes as necessary.
• Review supplier quotations and work specifications related to major vessel upgrades, modification and docking work scopes.
• Contribute towards supplier selection and auditing processes, as necessary.
• Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLA) with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) and suppliers required to maintain vessel critical equipment and systems.
• Develop and implement energy efficiency and performance improvement initiatives.

We think you will be a good match if you:

• Relevant engineering/technical qualification(s) and/or experience.
• Proficiency in computer software skills, including MS Office applications.
• Experience of relevant offshore and/or marine operations (preferably including offshore wind)
• Experience in technical budgeting and management thereof preferred.
• Experience of Wind Turbine Installation Vessel (WTIV) desirable.
• Experience of leadership and/or supervisory role(s)
