Who are we looking for, and what will you do?
We are looking for a proactive and service-minded colleague to become a part of our Marine HR team. You will be working closely with experienced Marine HR professionals and will be crucial in supporting the day-to-day operations.
This role gives you a great opportunity to gain hands on experience in a global and dynamic environment. You will gain insight and experience in the daily tasks of managing Marine personnel and your main responsibility will be to support all core aspects of the department.
Responsibilities will include:
- Uploading seafarer certification onto internal and external systems.
- Registering new marine colleagues onto all relevant systems.
- Supporting the Training team with the management of seafarer’s certification.
- Supporting the Marine HR team with any relevant tasks and processes.
- Supporting the Marine Payroll.
- Supporting the Logistics team with relevant seafarer planning and travel.
- Supporting the department with the implementation of a new IT-System

- You are curious and eager to learn about Marine HR processes and the Maritime industry.
- Strong digital flair and interest in optimizing and automating processes
- Structured, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
- Service-minded, proactive, and full of initiative and ideas
- Excellent IT skills, proficient with MS Office applications
- Proficient in English (speech and writing)
- Good communication skills
